The Colony has been booming for a long time.  With the expansion of 121 many years ago to the addition of Grandscape, the area is so different than it was 20 years ago.  I can remember driving through The Colony when 121 was just a small divided highway and the city was way out in the country.  Today, The Colony is nothing like that, to say the least.
